Applicant Agreement:

Scholarship funds will be used exclusively for the purpose outlined in the application by the applicant for which the award was approved.
Unused funds will be returned.
The Scholarship administrators are not responsible for damaged or lost support materials.
The decision of the adjudicators is final.
Information in the application may be used for the purpose of publicizing the Barb Brooks Scholarship.
Applicant approves contacting the institution to which this fund will be used for education.
Applicant has reviewed this submission and to the best of their knowledge it is complete.
